As the above cheesy title illustrates, captions make or break a comic strip! That's why I need your help! Below are one of my earliest attempts at a Xena comic, which I drew right after "Them Bones, Them Bones" (Now you know why I don't like drawing humans!) However, instead of one caption, I came up with two, and despite a great debate among my betas, we couldn't decide on which one was better.
This is where you come in! In the great tradition left by Jeannette Atwood and her caption contests, I'm going to hold a caption contest as well! How would you title this dubious piece of work?
When I post the eighth comic, I'll also post the entries! (So you basically have about another four weeks to ponder this question starting from July 20). Voting will take place and should conclude by the time I post the twelfth comic!
Moreover, here's a bonus for participating! (granted, it's a rather LAME prize, but hey, I'm broke!) The winning ... err... "captor" will recieve either a personalized rodent portrait drawn by yours truly, or a guest spot in an upcoming strip. (Voters will also get a bonus for participating as well.)
Well, get out those creativity caps, cause you're going to need them!
Here we GO!
